The Seller’s Counsel (Dallin Drescher)

A business-minded lawyer with over $200M in sell-side M&A experience.

Husband. Dad. Attorney.

The most important thing in my life is my family. They are the reason for everything I do. Some lawyers shy away from that mentality, but I use it to drive me to be the best that I can be. I hope to be the master dealmaker that my kids make me out to be.Outside of the law, I enjoy golf, running, weightlifting, working on cars, and dreaming of buying my own small-business one day.

Real experience. Real results.

One of the top deal-killers in M&A transactions (especially small business sales) is poor sell-side legal representation. Poor counsel is almost always directly correlated to a lack of M&A experience. My practice focuses almost exclusively on sell-side M&A representation. I have represented clients in small deals with minimalist documents. I have helped retiring business owners transfer their life’s work to a key employee. I have negotiated against some of the largest firms in the country and successfully protected clients in transactions with an enterprise value greater than $100 million. No matter the size or scope of your transaction, when it comes to selling your business, I have seen it all.

A Trusted Advisor

I’m not a paper pusher who is only worried about covering my own backside and collecting a fee at closing. I am someone who you can trust and lean on during one of the most important decisions of your life. My role is to be a trusted advisor. I work hard to protect the interests of my clients, negotiate a fair deal, advise them of all risks and relevant information that they should consider, and get out of the way to let them make their own decision. Other lawyers kill deals, I make them happen.
